Yes, we offer a co-educational learning environment up to Grade VI, providing a balanced and inclusive atmosphere that fosters collaboration and mutual respect among boys and girls. We are gradually extending co-education to higher grades, ensuring continuity and a seamless transition for all students.
The ratio of boys and girls in our co-ed grades (up to Grade VI) is 55% girls and 45% boys. We strive to maintain an inclusive and diverse environment that reflects our commitment to holistic education.

Yes, we welcome student applications from other educational systems, subject to CBSE guidelines, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with our academic standards.

Beyond their professional credentials, they undergo 75+ hours of continuous professional development annually to stay updated with the latest educational methodologies, ensuring your child receives the highest standard of learning and personal guidance.
Admissions for the upcoming academic year begin in the 1st week of October. We encourage parents to apply early, as seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
Our admission process is designed to be transparent and student-friendly:
- Nursery to Senior KG: Informal interactions with parents and students help us understand the child’s readiness for school life.
- Grade I and above: A structured written admission test followed by a formal interview to assess the student’s aptitude and ensure the best academic placement.

- Nursery to Grade 2: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

- GPS tracking and cameras on all buses, allowing real-time location updates and monitoring.
- An automated notification system to keep parents informed about the bus’s arrival and departure times.
- A female attendant and conductor present on every route to ensure student safety and assist in managing students during transit.
- Drivers with valid commercial driving licenses and regular fitness checkups.
- Speed governors installed on each vehicle to ensure adherence to school-defined speed limits and enhance road safety for all students.
At Queens’ College, the safety and security of our students is our top priority. Children are never left unattended; didis, bus attendants, and teachers are present to oversee that each child boards and exits the bus safely. We maintain transport registers that track attendance both in the morning and evening, and photo ID cards are issued to the parents/guardians and are required at pick-up points for added security. For our younger students in foundational years, a teacher accompanies them to the bus to ensure they are guided safely to the correct vehicle.
Yes, meals are mandatory for all students. Our focus is on promoting healthy eating habits and ensuring that each child receives a balanced meal during their school day. Our menus are carefully curated to include nutritious and wholesome ingredients that support students’ growth and development.
We provide state-of-the-art facilities for a variety of sports, including swimming, football, volleyball, basketball, karate, badminton, cricket, skating, roll ball, table tennis, chess and yoga. Students are encouraged to pursue their interests and excel in their chosen sports.
Our teaching approach is dynamic, engaging, and student-centered. We emphasize hands-on learning, collaborative projects, digital integration, and creative problem-solving to ensure that students gain not only knowledge but also critical thinking and leadership skills.
Our class sizes are carefully maintained to ensure personalized attention and active participation: 25 students in primary grades and 35 students in senior grades. This allows our teachers to provide individualized support and guidance to each student.
No, the admission fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee paid at the time of admission. It will not be charged again in subsequent years, enabling parents to plan their educational investments with ease.
School fees can be paid online through the parent portal or in person at the accounts office on campus.
- Verify Transaction Status: Check if the amount was debited from your bank account. If it was, wait for 24 hours, as the payment might still be processing.
- Contact the Accounts Office: If the payment does not reflect after 24 hours, contact our Accounts Office at +91 98930 41222, +91 98930 41333 or info@queens.edu.in with the transaction details (date, amount, and reference number).
- Alternative Payment Method: If the issue persists, you may choose an alternate payment method through the parent portal or visit the Accounts Office to complete the payment in person.
We do not offer boarding facilities. However, our well-structured day-boarding school program is designed to provide comprehensive support and enriching experiences, ensuring that your child’s academic and personal development needs are fully met.
Our campus includes a fully equipped infirmary staffed by a full-time nurse trained. While no internal medicine is administered without parental consent, our nurse will connect with parents should the need arise. In case of an emergency, parents are notified immediately, and the child, accompanied by the nurse, will be taken to a partnered hospital for prompt care. We maintain up-to-date emergency contact information to ensure swift communication.

We hold regular Parent-Teacher Meetings to provide insights into each child’s growth. Formal report cards are issued twice a year, complemented by non-reporting Parent-Teacher Meetings. Additionally, each class has designated days for scheduled appointments, allowing parents to meet teachers for updates and discussions.
