Stimulating Middle Years (Grades 6 to 8)
At Queens’ College, the Middle Years (Grades 6 to 8) are a time of awakening, where students begin to question, challenge, and engage deeply with the world around them. As their interests widen and their thinking becomes more analytical, we ensure they are equipped with not just knowledge, but the tools to explore, reflect, and innovate.
In the Middle Years, they emphasize on interdisciplinary learning, critical thinking, and self-expression. Students are encouraged to connect ideas, explore real-life applications, and engage in collaborative projects that transcend textbooks.
Through special assemblies, performing arts, and hands-on experiences in labs and sports, students have opportunities to discover their talents, develop leadership skills, and explore new avenues of self-expression. Our comprehensive sports program offers students a variety of activities to choose from, promoting teamwork, physical health, and perseverance.
These years are crucial for identity formation, both socially and intellectually. At Queens’ College, we believe in fostering this growth with sensitivity, structure, and support. Our educators guide students not only in academics but also in developing strong character, emotional intelligence, and resilience.
By the end of Grade 8, students leave with more than just academic success — they gain confidence, a stronger sense of self, and a readiness to tackle challenges with curiosity, clarity, and courage. We believe the Middle Years are not a transition, but a launchpad for the next phase of their journey.
Middle School is a transformative period where students, are prepared to tackle academic and personal challenges with confidence and resilience. We offer a variety of opportunities for both national and international exposure to develop their skills and talents:
