Student Empowerment

A significant benefit of the house system is its capacity to promote teamwork among students, cultivating a tight-knit community as they work towards common objectives. At queens’ college we provide a collaborative atmosphere which enables students to uncover their latent qualities, hidden talents, and leadership skills. The positive competitive spirit invigorates students, motivating them to support their house in the quest for success. Each house is backed by committed teachers and house wardens who act as mentors and supporters. This arrangement allows students to engage with additional house mentors, who become friendly figures alongside their regular teachers, enhancing their overall school experience.
