The Intra-Class Shakespearean Drama Competition for Grade XI at Queens’ College celebrated literary and theatrical brilliance through performances of three Shakespearean masterpieces: King Lear, Othello, and Twelfth Night. Class XI D initiated the event with a riveting portrayal of jealousy in Othello. XI A and B then infused Twelfth Night with humor and romance. Finally, XI C and E’s poignant interpretation of King Lear, rich in emotional depth and themes of power and betrayal, secured them victory.
